Born in Pompano Beach, Florida, and having lived in England, Emma combines Southern hospitality with a global perspective. She’s passionate about serving coastal communities  understanding the unique needs of residents, visitors, and professionals.

Emma’s diverse background and genuine approach bring both convenience and connection to every service. She’s dedicated to providing mobile and online notary options that fit the busy lives of families, retirees, and professionals throughout the region.

Jacob is the Lead Field Agent for Coastal Signature Services, playing a key role in delivering prompt, professional mobile notary services. As a commissioned notary public, he handles in-person signings across the region, offering flexible appointment times and dependable service wherever clients need him — homes, offices, hospitals, or public meeting spaces.

With a strong background in sales and accounting, Jacob brings excellent attention to detail, organization, and client communication to every appointment. His experience in these fields ensures that signings are handled efficiently and accurately, while his customer service skills make the process smooth and respectful.
